If that agent really felt Ms Good was trying to run him over and his life was in peril, why did he shoot her?
How was that supposed to stop the car?
Did it stop the car?
No. Of course the car continued to roll without hitting him, and he knew when he shot her that it would..

It sounds a lot more like he shot her because of anger issues instead of self defense.

Those are questions he wouldn't want to answer on a witness stand.
