has to be changing the power dynamic, so that POS, tiny population states, that repeatedly elect POS politicians don't have the same political power they currently enjoy.

There is no fucking way that the 400K people in SD, ND, or WY, should have the same political power as 40M people in CA.

These states aren't sending their best.

Let Netherworld Barbie shoot all the fucking puppies in SD in the face. That's what a majority of the citizens of SD want...fine! But please, keep that disgusting piece of amphibian shit in your own backyard.
