and he switched hands from videoing her car from his right to his left, the theory being that maneuver showed his mindset to draw and handle his weapon from his right hand before the vehicle was in motion. I could see how that showed his intentions.

Not to mention that a car with a deceased driver is also weaponized, so that whole theory about her causing danger wasn’t a real concern since he disabled her himself, causing danger to others. (as you noted).
