I suspect that his plan will go off-script very quickly. Cuba is not the place Donnie thinks it is nor is it the place that the Cuban emigres think it is. I may not be a hard-left cheerleader for the Havana government, but I do know that the Cubans have gone their own way for sixty-plus years and they don’t see the US as a liberator or the bright and shiny role model they’ll wish to follow.
