The person who posted this sounds like a prosecuting attorney (maybe?).
This is how cases are presented in court, and this is how evidence is described to juries. If that ICE-goon is ever prosecuted, he'll probably be advised to plead guilty to a lesser charge. There's no way he'll get off without a conviction and prison sentence.
