Tartaglione did share a cell with Epstein, but he was removed after a few days. He wasn't there when Epstein was "suicided."
Also Bill Barr's father Donald Barr died in 2004. It's possible that Donald Barr may have benefited from Epstein's early efforts at pimping-to-get-ahead, but calling that motive for murder is really a stretch. We can guess that it's more likely Bill Barr himself wanted to make sure his father's name didn't appear in the Epstein documents. (Again, not a motive for murdering Epstein.)

The biggest motive by far seems to be Chump, who learned that Epstein planned to go to trial in New York and name names.
