11. Trump is a toddler with a loader gun that cannot be taken away

All that can done is distraction (Ballroom Kennedy Center) or manipulate him into firing the gun in your preferred direction.

Someone sold him on this operation and used oil as the reason to get him on board. Who knows the real reason?
