Imagine living in a world when you can look at video of cars passing by another car and say the latter is blocking the roadway.
Not to mention the fact that there were a number of ICE vehicles that were stopped in the street, which is to say they were blocking the street every bit as much.

Good point. But at points in time in US history they at least pretended to be good guys.
