It is too bad that some people exaggerate carelessly to the point of misinformation or disinformation. It is especially bad when it concerns such a critically important issue. It makes valid points more easily dismissed by the general public if the people raising those issues cannot accurately state reality: it makes them look like conspiracy theorists.

That video does look like a bad situation. There is a brief presentation of some warrant in the video. Do you happen to know if anyone has been able to make out what it said?
