They will try to plead they were just doing their official job. Their job does not including deliberately injuring people or abandoning them. The least that should come out of any such case should be a CLEAR OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION of what ICE agents' duties, responsibilities, and authority are. They seem to be exceeding all of them without the slightest qualm.
