If I understand correctly, the anti-ACA group's successful 2012 legislation basically hog-tied this most recent effort to ban abortion meds statewide.

That's a good example of similar political interests "shooting themselves in the foot" with their zeal to to pass something, anything to protest the ACA. It came back to bite them, it did.

Good on today's stout refusal by California Governor Newsom too: Louisiana's request is denied.
