5. So Hillary Clinton is president starting in 2017?

Thursday

She wouldn't have the House or Senate with her, and McConnell would have held the seat on SCOTUS empty until RBG passed, and then there would have been TWO empty seats. No 'Blue Wave' in 2018 for sure, which would have kneecapped anything Dems could have done. In 2020 when Covid hit us, there would have been ZERO funds approved to fight it, maybe even more would have died than did die. Everything would have been blamed on Hillary, and then Trump would have been elected in 2020.
