1. It does seem logical to suppose that blow became a problem for her at some point in some way

I suppose it could mean she had some hugely negative reaction in that one time, like ended up at the hospital over it, but seems more likely that at some point she ended up over-using it (or maybe does now).

exactly....i'm thinking she just had addiction problems and that's why it the thing she'd most want to change.... Gato Moteado Thursday #2
