Repugs named the ACA Obamacare as an intended pejorative. To which Obama laughingly said, 'I'll own it.'

And when some red states found out how much their own cult LOVED it, they named it something else (to take the sting of a Black President out of it, I suppose).

That and 70 plus Repugnicant efforts to repeal the ACA/Obamacare with NADA to offer in its place.

(... a plan which, incidentally, is based upon what was originally THEIR plan.)

Stupid is as stupid does.
