Shutting them down is not.

However, the people who are making the vast sums of money from those bot accounts and followers are not going to be in the mood to lose millions of dollars just to placate the political situation in this one country. They have the resources of an entire planet at their beck and call. They are not going to help anyone remove that income.

Anyone.
