...Dick Smothers plays a sleazy member of Congress who accepts favor after favor from DeNiro, but when it comes time to testify in court, he makes it clear he's not going to help him out. The line is something like "He earned his comp life when he was elected," a DeNiro voice-over as Smothers counts his free poker chips and the chorus girl he brought to his room gets undressed.
