1. My grandfather used to say you need to laugh everyday to survive

Read funny cartoons, watch something funny on tv, or read a joke book. He lived to 90 and was a big smoker but that laughter kept him living longer. I still can picture and hear my grandfathers laughter and he’s been gone since 1979.
