because >90% of Americans would agree these are sensible rules, especially considering what ICE has been doing.

And I would add:

* No detentions, arrests, interrogations or other contact with people not named in the JUDICIAL warrants.
* ICE must post a $50,000,000 damage bond for funds to reimburse residents for damage done by ICE, and those funds disbursed at the sole discretion of the Governor or her representative.
