And now they've postponed the trial, citing the screenings of "seized."

The jury trial for former Marion County Police Chief Gideon Cody has been postponed from February to sometime this summer, a judge decided Tuesday. The attorneys argue the film, called “Seized,” could negatively influence jurors in Marion County, where the jury pool is already limited.

Sounds like they'll be looking for another venue.
