He also recently berated McDonald's executives for being too skimpy with his "Fish Delights" when it comes to the tartar sauce!

According to a book co-written by Corey Lewandowski (Trump's 2016 campaign manager), this was Donnie's "standing dinner order" on Trump Force One: two Big Macs, two Filet-o-Fish, and a "chocolate malted" (actually a shake--McDonalds doesn't serve malts).

Anyone remember this scene? (By the way, that's none other than RFK Jr in the picture, Mr. "Make America Healthy Again", with a full plate of Mickey D's and a 20-ounce bottle of Coke--about 70 g of sugar). Lewandowski said this kind of gluttony occurred on Trump Force One on the regular.
