3. The 25 is amendment sounds like it could be the answer to stop him.

But, in reality it would be nearly impossible to remove him. It starts with the VP and the majority of the cabinet stating he is incapable of fulfilling the duties of president. That will never happen. Then it has to go to Congress for a vote. If the president resists, then there are other loopholes. IOW, I don’t ever see that as a possibility. If course, if he had a stroke or heart attack that deemed him unfit, that is another story. I don’t see him leaving in any other scenario. Google how the 25th works and you will see how nearly impossible it would be.
