Chump will go berserk and finally pull everything down around him in an hour.
Cant imagine him ever facing the 25th amendment. His entire cabinet tosses his salad. At the first whiff of betrayal, President Miller will have the traitor in their midst politically executed, made an example of to ward off further attempts to have the Orange Chud removed.
They all hang together. Not one of them will pull out a dagger and shank him.
