And well chosen at that.

The reason that Cabinet is so full of people who are nakedly self-interested AND grossly disreputable and unqualified for their positions is so that they will never go 25th Am.

Absolutely zero of them have confidence that even a fellow lowlife like JD Couchfucker will retain them in their positions, so it is against their selfish ambitions and grift goals to vote to sideline The Dotard -- to do so would be to vote to fire oneself.

They have no care for consequences to anyone else. They care about themselves, and they are making out like bandits, and that is the extent of their thoughts on the matter.
