On top of being narcissistic and power hungry, he's also sadistic and derives great pleasure from making people suffer.

He's an empty, hollow, black hole of a human who tries to fill his emptiness by bullying, dominating, and abusing others. Unfortunatelyfor all of us, it never works for very long, and he always needs another fix. And another, and another.
