He's a puppet. He can take out civilians and random noncitizens for show and politics. But he doesn't have the leeway to take out real players. He's a fucking punk.

Nobody with real power is going to hand that ass hat any real levers of consequence. Anything that is happening is because his handlers want it to happen.

Putin made a deal with several American insiders. A combination of fed greed and blackmail to get them on board.
