Exteme pandemonium. I’d think north of the Red River folks know how to drive in snow, so if it’s causing this much chaos up there, it must be a genuinely nasty front by their standards (we're actually due for a chance of snow on Friday dwon here-- staying inside for the weekend is out New Weekend Plan).
