31. I blame Machado as much as Trump for this nonsense

When are leaders going to accept that there's no placating Agent Orange, a malignant narcissist, who thrives on these acts of undeserved obeisance? It's all about dominance, getting his way, pretending he's the Emperor of the World. Did Machado think he would really do a 180, declare her the rightful president? All she did was humiliate herself.

I winced when I read a number of democratic states did not join other NATO allies in defending Greenland. For fear of offending Trump, the most offensive person in the Universe.

It won't help them in any way, shape or form. You do not appease a bully. It's merely a signal of weakness that someone like Donald Trump absolutely revels in.
