1. I read elsewhere that it is possibly disinformation

Tuesday

There is a disinformation poster on X that debunks stuff about Ukraine - can't remember his name but I follow his posts. He says it is possibly disinfo to increase mistrust between Americans and the Ukrainian gov - "no one knows who you can believe now".
