Seriously, I don’t think much of the Russian navy these days. What is still happening in the Black Sea when the Russian navy squared off against a weaker, under-equipped opponent (and got sunk) makes me think that the Russians would fare far worse if they sortied out of the White Sea or their home ports in the Baltic and faced off against European fleets.

This is con-man BS coming from the corrupt clique in the White House.
