He walked away instead of retorting with something that began with "well Biden..." This is telling since the cult (which is what it is) is programmed to Gish gallop with lies and false equivalences when presented with political truths they dislike. In not doing this, it sounds like he's in the process of becoming dispirited. And you contributed to that trend.
