4. Board of Peace? Isn't that Dennis Kucinich's idea from 20 years ago?

I think he called it the Department of Peace. Anyway, I'm sure Trump's idea is, at best, a perversion of Kucinich's idea. The Board of Peace will probably spend most of its time figuring out a way to combine a Nobel Prize for Trump.
