It's absurd. It's Dr. Evil, put through an eighth grader's understanding of "charters". Britain and France, the permanent UN Security Council members that were fool enough to vote for Trump to establish this "Board of Peace" need to apologise and disown it ASAP (I think Macron effectively has; Starmer looks like a useful idiot and coward for not having done so fast enough).
