He KNEW he was losing to Joe Biden, almost as soon as Biden announced for the Presidency.
Biden was the one candidate that Chump didn't want to face as an opponent. And that's exactly why he lost, because Biden was the better candidate. Also because enough voters who previously voted for Chump in 2016 were totally turned off by 2020. The Dems Got Out The Vote.
Chump had no reason to call up troops because it wouldn't have changed the results of the election. Duh!
