agreed in principle with a board to help in Gaza but that he had no details yet on the board. This came to him while he was out of the country and he had not been told the details, he said if such a board was put in place that any money paid to it would be 100% only for the rebuilding of Gaza. Also at the time he did not know of others such as Putin being invited. It will not happen as Trump has laid out. So his agreement was taken totally out of context.
