They say all kinds of stuff and make all kinds of empty promises, and most of it always ends up just being bullcrap. Winning shouldn't just mean getting the most votes on a particular cycle: winning should mean producing positive net outcomes for every American citizen, even the ones we disagree with. And that is how you get them to not only pay attention, but to also cross over.
