Right now, in Davos, he in monotonic. When he gets this weird "flatline" tone that he has now, it reminds me of Jim Jones.

The grifter is demonstrating his petulant, pissed off, spiteful tone right now as well, in all his speeches. The "you people are too stupid to understand" delivery.
