...why Trump refers to "Hannibal Lecter" so often. That was a favorite bon mot of his on the campaign trail. Otherwise, I can't understand why Trump would be so preoccupied with a movie villain from three decades ago.
Let's not forget, this is the idiot who either confuses or simply doesn't know the difference between "seeking asylum" vs. being a patient in an asylum. That's why he keeps referring to "Hannibal Lecter" (Silence of the Lambs) all the time!
