The little child, Trump, is threatening to send anyone to "The Cornfield" if they don't pretend to admire him and do everything he wants. He's too ignorant and naive to be reasoned with so everyone in the world has to pretend to be happy and do whatever he wants.
(For those who don't know. The episode is about a 6 year old boy in a small town who has mystical powers to change anything and if he doesn't like someone he will send them to "The Cornfield", a mystical dimension from whence they will never return.The adults in town are prevented by him from leaving and must constantly pretend to be happy with any horror he causes.)
