Jack Smith also investigated Chump's theft of top secret documents, and a few other things. Maybe those stolen documents were proof of Chump's guilt in the failed coup? I don't believe we've ever learned what he actually stole.
Either way, I have no doubt that Jack Smith's assessment is 100% correct.
