or burn diesel all day long because they can do that without anyone being willing to say anything if it's an unincorporated area and it's largely unregulated. Plus, how do you actually prove how toxic the air is regardless of how bad it smells or the symptoms it causes? People should have the right to breathe clean air in their own back yard.
