Don't forget the chocolate shake and the second Filet-O-Fish (which Trump calls a "Fish Delight" for some bizarre reason).

According to a book co-written by Corey Lewandowski (Trump's 2016 campaign manager), this was Donnie's "standing dinner order" on Trump Force One: two Big Macs, two Filet-o-Fish, and a "chocolate malted" (actually a shake--McDonalds doesn't serve malts).
