At LEAST back to Nixon.

All of them, with the possible exception of Rawny Rayguns, have been craven power-drunken democracy-destroyers. Reagan was a doddering old fool who was too stupid and addled to be one, but he was all too happy to enable others to be, and he held the door open for them.
