The Republicans hoped to expose Jack Smith with his public testimony. Instead Smith made it clear that Trump was criminally responsible for January 6th. Volume two of the investigation apparently has facts so damaging to Trump that the DOJ won't even allow Smith to talk about what is in the investigation file!
