(96,558 posts)25. Can a "president" who has, more or less, abrogated the Constitution be considered a legitimate president?
A "president" that has become a dictator be considered inside the rule of law?
Hasn't Trump and his entire regime been operating outside the law?
Wouldn't that make his use of presidential powers a facade for his criminality? His giving himself the color of law to continue his crimes? And haven't members of Congress and members of the Supreme Court been his accomplices in this ongoing destruction of the legitimate government (Constitution based) of the United States?
If it does, how legitimate can a presidential pardon be from such a regime leader?
Frankly, it's time for a "London Conference" to get the legal means all in a row and then use them against the Trump Regime, Congressional accomplices, and judicial accomplices.
