That the ICE and BORDER PATROL GESTAPO, would merely take them and destroy them, saying the people never presented them.
Knowing full well, that if the person was actually proven later to be a citizen of the U.S......that they would have a difficult time obtaining new duplicates of the their citizenship.........

Next thing coming....... will be tattooing numbers on all of our arms, or modern day technique of microchipping all of us like our pets......
