There was likely drugging of some 'innocent' powerful or famous at parties. Ruffie's or
something slipped into a drink. Inhibition gone. Girls or boys instructed (forced) to perform
or else. Photos/Videos taken. Powerful shown the evidence after the 'party'.

The blackmail follows.

Blackmail orders include bringing another 'innocent' into the fold.
And/Or VOTE this way or the blackmail material will be released,
Or whatever vile bidding the cabal demanded.
