Infantilized Greed.
People who gain wealth and taste power, who believe that wealth and power gives them the right to do whatever they want.
They can indulge the infant terrible in the back of their minds; viewing resources and other people disposable. They have built a bubble of reality around themselves; their "real world" has become smaller and revolves around them.
Which always ends in disaster and ruin.
