The city of Lynwood does not have its own independent police department. Instead, law enforcement services are provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

It is odd that Anaheim PD, which is in Orange County, would be in Lynwood, which is Los Angeles County. Anaheim PD has a lot of police excessive use of force complaints against it.
