I can agree that his foreign policy is aligned with
Putin and other autocrats.

Domestically, however, I think he is driven by
his malignant narcissism.

He wants to completely destroy everything and
evyerybody that shows him up for the loser he is.

He tolerates certain people, organizations, and
groups who support him, grovel to him, and
give him money... but actually respects nothing
but his own desire to be seen as better than
everything and everyone.
