28. Nationalize only BIPOC AREAS

The Emperor God-lite Prezinut has decided that too many BIPOC are voting. Texas tried to gerrymandering Latino and BIPOC into many areas. It didn't work and may cost Repukes seats by diluting Repukes seats. Ha,Ha, Ha,Ha, Karma is coming and she's pissed off.
